The zone module permits the addressable FACP to interface and monitor 2-wire /4-wire conventional smoke detectors and manual call point. The address of each module is selected by using DIP switch and it utilizes a single address to communicate with Addressable FACP. It transmits the status (Alarm / Normal / Open / Short / 24V fault) of one zone of 2-wire / 4-wire detectors to the FACP. Zone module supervises the zone of detectors and the connection of the external power supply, respectively. The red blinking LED indicates normal operating condition and the steady state for activated condition.

The panel status shall be visually indicated in unambiguous color with distinguished inbuilt audible tone. This system can operate as a standalone or connect to 16 network nodes with network interface card
