The active repeater panel is designed with an ARM 32-bit microcontroller with high resolution (480 x 272 pixels) 4.3 inch graphical LCD display with a symbolic representation of system status and controls keys for easy access. The repeater requires an external power supply of +24VDC (nominal) to operate. Power may be taken from the auxillary supply of the control panel or from any other suitable dc power supply. The repeater includes an integral self test sequence guiding the operator to test the functionality of the LED. Individual Keys are provided for Reset, ACK, Silence & Evacuate. This repeater panel shall be communicated with control panel in two different methods, one is through in-built RS485 which is a class B network and another one is through Network Interface card (NIC) which is a Class A network.
